WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering.

Raising Reign withholds the rights to change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. In this document the terms, “retailer” or “stockist” refers to our wholesale customers who have an approved, registered wholesale account with Raising Reign the Label.

When registering for a wholesale account, please provide all required information within the application form. An account will not be approved unless all information is provided.

Raising Reign reserves the right to cancel any account that was approved in error or where false or misleading information was provided to us. For any misuse of wholesale accounts, Raising Reign is entitled at any time for reasons of its own to suspend the use of a wholesale account.

Any account opened for purchasing items for personal use will be cancelled immediately.

Once an application has been lodged and the stockist has provided the relevant information, Raising Reign will decide whether or not to approve an account within 72 hours. The right to retail the products of Raising Reign is at the sole discretion of Holly Louise Rose. 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all items supplied by Raising Reign within the context of Wholesaling.

All items advertised with wholesale prices within the Raising Reign wholesale access are considered an offer to the retailer to purchase the items using their Raising Reign wholesale account.

No contract exists between Raising Reign and the Stockist until Raising Reign has received and accepted the wholesale order after it has been paid in full.

When wholesale orders are placed the stockist will receive an email confirming this. Raising Reign reserves the right to cancel the contract of sale if the payment for orders is not received in full before the shipping date. All orders are final. We do not accept returns/offer refunds for change of mind etc on any wholesale orders. Refunds/Replacements will only be given for Goods that are deemed faulty by Raising Reign. 

You agree to not sell our products on e-Commerce Marketplaces such as eBay, Catch, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree etc and their affiliated partners. You also agree not to sell our products at local market stalls, pop up shops or expos and other industry events without written consent. 

Wholesale accounts with no purchase history inside 6 months may be deactivated and or removed. 

Liability

Raising Reign shall not be liable:

• Where you have altered or modified the Goods, misapplied the Goods, not followed our instructions in respect to the Goods or have subjected them to unusual or non-recommended use or handling;
• For defects in any Goods manufactured by any Third Party;
• For loss or damages caused wholly or partly by any factors beyond our control, including, without limitation, any loss resulting from a delay in production or supply of the Goods;
• For any indirect or consequential loss of any kind. 

Product Listing & Intellectual Property

When listing our products on your store’s website, our brand name “Raising Reign” must be clearly visible on the product page of every item you are retailing. Please use the recommended product descriptions and images we have for each product from our online store’s product pages + files provided to you.  Our images are and always will remain the intellectual property of Raising Reign. You are not permitted to filter or modify any images or content in anyway shape or form. Our content can only be used for the purposes of selling the products in your online store and cannot be used for the purposes of advertisements or marketing campaigns without prior consent. We need to ensure consistency in the way our products are presented for sale across all our stockists. You may use our content for the purposes of posting across your social media accounts. You must also credit the owner (if any) of such content when sharing/posting. 

Pricing

All of the products available for wholesale are sold to all stockists at the listed wholesale price. To remain transparent in all business activities, no individual stockist receives further discounts, free shipping or any other guarantees of any sort based on volume or relationship. Our products wholesale prices are the fixed for all stockists and always will be.  All products need to be listed at the same RRP (recommended retail price) or above, as shown on our website for each product. You are welcome to have intermittent sales on the items you wish to retail but no sooner than 2 weeks past the release date, however the minimum advertised RRP must remain the same across all retailers to ensure fairness and good business practice.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice. 

Ordering

$200 minimum spend per order, unless otherwise agreed.

Our preferred payment methods are Credit Card, PayPal and direct bank deposit as payment for wholesale orders.  Please DO NOT use Afterpay without checking with us first and no further discounts apply

Shipping 

Shipping prices are calculated automatically by weight or volume at checkout.

Items will generally be processed and dispatched within 2 business days for in stock products and for all preorder stock, 2-3 days from receiving the stock to us. Processing of orders will begin only after receiving full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Shipment tracking number and notification will be sent via email once items are dispatched. Raising Reign cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by freight companies or intermediaries used. This includes shipping delays due to unforeseeable circumstances such as COVID-19 or government-imposed restrictions.

Quality of Service

The retailer is required to offer a good level of service to their customers and are bound by the laws of the ACCC. In the event damage has been done to the reputation of Raising Reign and its products due to the retailer’s negligence and lack of providing a reasonable quality of service, Raising Reign reserves the right to rectifying the situation directly with your customer (end user). Any costs associated with the remedy may be charged to the retailer.
